The Moodle platform (elearning.uniud.it) supports the delivery of online teaching activities where provided for by the relevant academic regulations. It also provides lecture notes, recordings of classroom lectures, other study materials, and a wide range of additional learning resources.
The services are available both to teaching staff and students of the University of Udine and to the academic communities of other universities with which a cooperation agreement has been established.

User support
For support requests, please open a ticket in the Helpdesk system (helpdesk.uniud.it) and select the category “Online Teaching”, the subcategory “Elearning (Moodle)”, and then the third-level item corresponding to the topic for which assistance is needed. Please pay attention to the distinction between Incident (to report problems) and Request (for requests such as new codes, updates, or plugins).
